Conversion failed

Any ever see this before? I am going to open a ticket with Epicor.

We restored a Pass from Epicor and when logging in the first time it need to update to the version we installed 10.2.200.8. Everything was going great and now I can’t get this one conversion to run. Evidently this one has to run but it keeps failing. I don’t know why…

Double click to look at the error in more detail. I have seen this before where I’ve tried to run conversions without having the license loaded. Import your license using the Admin Console and then try again.

Also make sure the Epicor user you are using to login with and run the conversions has the proper security rights to access all areas.

I finally got it to work the other day. Not sure what I did. I deleted my App Server and started over. I must have made an error somewhere…worked 2nd time around.
