Vantage 8.03.406, can anyone remind me what these conversion programs will update for Labor Activity?

As far as I know, all they do is (try to) change the ActiveTrans field from true to false.
I use them when I have “stuck” or “old” labor that I can’t end thru the std client.
Occasionally I have see them fail to complete the changes.
When this happens, I usually try removing the related job(s) from the schedule, rescheduling and then try the conversions again.
