"Copy Lines" equivalent in kinetic?

I have users complaining that the Copy Lines feature from classic is gone. I also cannot find it. Are we just blind?

In Kinetic you have to open the line to see that command:

[Evan_Purdy]

I don’t have that command. Probably a case of the wandering EpiBinding.
