There was a major upgrade to Epicor a few weeks ago, and since then we’ve only had to use Kinetic. I previously used the modern and classic versions. However, after changing to Kinetic, Copy-to-Excel, which was present in most menus in the modern version, disappeared. I looked through the copy options and there is no Copy-to-Excel.
Is there a setting I need to configure to get Copy-to-Excel to appear in Kinetic? Or is the Copy-to-Excel feature not supported in Kinetic?
