When you use a cancellation invoice, doesn't that produce a credit memo? What would you apply the credit memo too? Thanks.
We have just started using Epicor and we are trying to figure out the correction and cancellation invoices. When exactly am I suppose to use a correction invoice and a cancellation invoice?
Based on testing we found that it was easier to always use cancellation invoices, this avoids having to decide which option to use.
