Corrupt Menu Security Records

I received a fix from support, ran it last night and all is good again.

Mark,

I'd recommend running a BAQ against the menu file, and verify that the
data's in there correctly. If it is, then it's likely a display issue with
the UI itself - and if you don't make menu changes often, something that is
probably not a show-stopper.

I'm on .409C and haven't seen this. For giggles, have you logged in on
another PC/server to see if it may just be the client acting whacky?

I am making the first changes to the menu security since we moved from
8.03.305 to 803.409C. When I get into the area where I should be able to add
users or groups, the exiting users show as strange characters. If I try to
add the user, I get an error. If I delete the existing user and add everyone
back, it works just fine but when I go back in, it shows the strange
characters again. Anyone else run into this?

I am making the first changes to the menu security since we moved from 8.03.305 to 803.409C. When I get into the area where I should be able to add users or groups, the exiting users show as strange characters. If I try to add the user, I get an error. If I delete the existing user and add everyone back, it works just fine but when I go back in, it shows the strange characters again. Anyone else run into this?

Are using Single Signon and/or are you linked into your domain?

I'm curious...send me a screenshot directly of what you're seeing in Menu
Maint on that Security tab. vic@...
