Count Discrepancy Reason not updating frozen or counted QOH

Hi Epicor community,

We’re currently running our first full physical count. We’ve run through the process successfully on our pilot and tought we were ready.
Now, when checking the Count Discrepancy Reason table, I am unable to see the Inventory Snapshot QOH, Total Count QOH or the QtyVariance for these discrepancies, see below screenshot.


I notice the same happens in the table in Count Cycle Maintenance.

On our pilot, I seem to recall that these values did update and allow me to see what’s what on each line, so I’d like to double-check that I did nothing wrong in our live count.
I can use the Count Variance Report from Count Cycle Maintenance to get this information, but it’s pretty tedious. That report, however, shows plausible values for both frozen QOH and counted QOH when I run it.

Has anyone encountered this before and found a solution?

I did see this during our count this year. These numbers should update after posting.

For me, the numbers for Inventory Snapshot and Total Count Quantity did indeed update after posting, but the QtyVariance stayed at zero. Don’t know why, but posting did work and all the transactions worked out, so I’m happy for now.
