Thanks for your reply, Rudy. I saw the JobHead.SchedStatus field in the
data dictionary viewer, but since the description reads "Scheduling Status
Control (R-Required, P-Pending, A-Active, C-Complete). NOT CURRENTLY
IMPLEMENTED", I presumed just that, that it wasn't ready for prime time. Do
you use this field in reports at Rockland? If so, how? I modified a report
here to include the SchedStatus field and it showed values of 1 and 4, but
no R, P, A or C. I could not see any correlation.
Your guess is exactly right!
Regards,
Scott

Scott,
Couldn't you build a report on Job Header that looked for jobs that had
engineering checked 'yes' and Sched Status "R" for required ? I am guessing
that you are trying to find jobs that need scheduled?
This isn't the exact scenario that you are describing but the end result
seems about the same I think.
Rudy

We are having a similar problem ... have you found anything out?

Hello all,
Can anyone offer either a Report Builder report or a Progress program that
finds all jobs that have been un-engineered (which I understand dumps the
schedule) and then re-engineered without having been re-scheduled? Our
implementation here does NOT include APS, so the APSUpdatedDate field in the
JobHead table is not useful. The only solution I can see is to use the
ChgLog and JobHead tables. Anyone have any other ideas?
