We learned one lesson about “CPQ BAQ SYNC” – I had several of those processes scheduled seprately at the same time as each other, every night, and they were failing now and then. I found that I had to set up Kinetic “Process Set Maintenance” to make them run one after the other instead of simultaneously, and then the errors went away.
For troubleshooting, it is handy that they give the ability to view/edit the sync’d tables in the CPQ database directly using your own local install of SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio (topic “External Databases” in https://cpqhelp.zendesk.com).
