We are building some CPQ configurators for some of our customizable product lines.
We planned on using the Counter Sale feature for some of our sales order types.
When I try to add a CPQ-configurable part as a line on a counter sale, I receive an error that you “cannot enter configurable parts.” Does anyone know why that is?
