Hi, I am a newby and require your advice on how to set up a distribution email list in Epicor. I have created the BAQ to define the list and need to set up the output of the BAQ as an email distribution list(dynamic).
Can anyone give me some advice?

- Create a new BAQ.
- Add in the table that has the email address column in it.
- Add in a criteria to filter out any blank email addresses.
- Create a calculated field for the email address.
- Create a new calculated field.
a. Set to nvarchar.
b set size to x(max).
c. set the expression to STRING_AGG(EMailAddress, ‘;’) - Test your BAQ.
If you wanted to make it dynamic you could add parameters and call it from
code or widgets. Plenty of examples for that stuff here.
Note STRING_AGG function will not work with versions before SQL 2017. You would have to use STUFF To achieve the same.
There are other ways but I’ll they are a bit more complicated.
