we are trying to come up with a system in EPICOR 10.0 where maintenance services/ parts done outside has to be go through a PO and record all the details like invoicing, supplier, services done. For example services/parts required for a forklift.
Any way to do that in Maintenance management module? Any help is appreciated.

Yes, this can be done using the maintenance module. A maintenance job can have a subcontract operation, that will generate a po suggestion, and material can be attached to the maintenance job - all logged against the piece of equipment you are working with.

in this case. Where is the expense account taken from in these purchase orders?
The Part Class on the PO will drive the GL transactions.
