CRM and Vendors

What I was trying to figure out is if it’s launch-able from any of the supplier related screens. I haven’t found that it is.

When I open Call log entry from the menu I see those fields..

--> Sales Mgmt --> Cust Relationship Mgmt --> gneral Ops --> CRM Call Log Entry

I call a form customization when CRM calls is opened from screens.
Maybe on yours too?

I see in the CRMCall table there are fields for vendor number and vendor related information yet I can’t seem to find a way to create any of these types of calls. Do you need to have supplier performance or something to use CRM for suppliers or are those columns in the table pre-emptive for something coming down the line? Anyone know
