CRM Customized Forms Question

Hi Sean,

Thanks for your input. I wound up creating a sub process for opportunity quote entry and added it to a customer tracker process calling record to fix the problem.

This question is for those who are using the Vantage CRM module. We are currently on 406A. My problem is I have created customizations to the Opportunity Quote Entry forms and when a user is in Customer Tracker and clicks on Actions and then Create Quote Vantage will bring up an old customization or the original base form and not the new customization. The correct customization appears when you launch Opportunity Quote Entry from the Vantage menu tree or from a quote number in any data grid. This does not happen for every user, but just a couple. I have tried to fix the problem by deleting temporary xml files, and deleting the users favorites to these forms and then recreating them. The problem goes away for a while, but then comes back. Has anyone else run into this problem before? I'm really pulling my hair out trying to find a permanent fix to this problem. Feedback much appreciated!

You need to make sure that the menu item that it is calling is updated
to use your customization.

If you are in developer mode when you do this it will display a popup
with the menu ID, or if you are already in the quote screen go into Help
