We are using ECC and want to drive more traffic to online sales entry. The CRM tool is not the greatest with Kinetic but we are finding a very large gap trying to get ECC orders to feed back into Kinetic CRM.
IE, if we use Kinetic CRM to genate email quotes that are designed to get the customer to order on ECC rather than call the sales man to convert to a sales order, is there anyway the ECC can either convert the quote to order or close our the CRM task as win?
