Since your Line Net Price is not actually a numeric value then the count is all you are going to get in the Total. You need to create another formula that is always numeric, i.e. {quoteqty.SellingQuantity} * {quoteqty.UnitPrice}. You can suppress printing of that field if necessary but it has to be numeric and has to be in the same section (Details C). Create your Running Total Field based on that and it should work properly.

Hi Charles,
Having just looked at my quote, the 'Line Net Price' formula is currecntly showing:
If {Customer.LangNameID} = 'eng' AND {quoteqty.UnitPrice} <> 0 then ({quotehed.Currency_CurrSymbol} & " " & {quoteqty.SellingQuantity} * {quoteqty.UnitPrice}) else "Not Quoted"
It isn't finished yet, but I want the 'Not Quoted' to translate depending on Customer Language which I know how to do.
The above formular is in Details C section.
I have tried one running total, but it literally counts how many times 'Line Net Price' formula is used.
The simple answer here would be to get the TotalGrossValue field as an export in the .xml file, but I can't find how to do this.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
CHRIS

Create a Running Total Field, totaling your "Line Net Price" and resetting after each quote. The total field will usually go in the Group Footer #1 section, assuming Group 1 is the Quote Number.

Subject: [Vantage] Crystal - Adding Sub-Total and Total
Hi,
I would like to add a total at the bottom of a quote.
The total will be all of the Line Net Price added together.
The Quote .xml doesn't export the QuoteHed.TotalGross Value field which is odd.
I have created a formula called 'Line Net Price'.
Therefore I think I need to add a formula to add together every occurance 'Line Net Price'.
Any help with this would be apprecited.
Thanks,
CHRIS THOMPSON
