Crystal Help does not show

I just had to do the same thing myself today. If you don't have the crw.chm file you can get it off the Business Objects website. I don't think you will have to if you have your 8.5 installation CD. Go to "add/remove programs", find CR and select the change button. Insert the CD and expand the options until you find the help and tell it to install it.

I just reinstall everything on my computer including crystal version 8.5. My help files don't show when I click on the help button.

Any ideas?

If it's not here:
C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal Reports\Help\En\crw.chm
Then you need to install it.
