From what I have read on the internet the problem resides in crystal reports. CR says that the problem was fixed in CR 2008. can vista 8.03.409c use crystal 2008?? I would upgrade from CR XI

Running Vista 8.03.409C on windows 7 64 bit
When printing out multiple copies of a crystal report, it will not collate even though the checkbox is checked.
Has there been a fix for printing out crystal reports that will collate

This is a very much known "bug" and PITA in my company after upgrading all
workstations to Windows 7 Pro x64.

It's not Vantage/Vista/Epicor. It's the Crystal Runtime in a 64-bit
environment of Win 7. (seems to work fine on 32-bit Win7).

So your only work around is PREVIEW your Crystal Report instead of just
printing it from Vista. Then Export to PDF. Then, open the PDF and it will
print and collate just fine.

I've tried numerous runtimes, hacks, reg edits and hammers. None worked.

Googling it shows we're not alone: http://bit.ly/156RJ0v

Good luck. Post if you resolve... :-)
