Crystal Report

How would I make and employee list with each employee's picture on it?
We already have the pictures taken and what not, I just don't know how
to finagle the report.

Thanks in advance,

Paul

I have a Report Builder Scheduler program available on my WEB site.
http://members.aol.com/mpodlin/index.html
There is a slight bug in the automatic setup portion, but I can manually
setup the INI file for you. It allows the utility to run directly on
the NT server itself or on a stand-a-lone pc, or desktop.
It allows you to schedule reports for daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly
and mid-month. (I've had a request to add Quarterly and Yearly)
If you have questions, please e-mail me at MPodlin@...

Subject: [Vantage] Scheduling Report Builder Reports

Is there a script or other solution that allows scheduling and
printing of a report builder report? We have a user that prints a
pretty heafty report twice a month and it ties up a shared printer
until it completes. Other parties are worried they will have
to "haven't had to yet" but might have to print to the printer when
this report is cooking. It's a big mess, Vantage didn't know of a
method and they thought someone at one time posted a script?

thanks glb.

We no longer allow attachments to files. To access/share Report Files,
please go to the following link: http://www.egroups.com/files/vantage/
(Note: If this link does not work for you the first time you try it, go to
www.egroups.com, login and be sure to save your password, choose My Groups,
choose Vantage, then choose Files. If you save the password, the link above
will work the next time you try it.)
We're having a problem printing more than one custom P.O report at a time.
The generic P.O. Report prints more than one copy fine. Both Epicor and
Seagate have looked at the report and see no problems.

Any ideas? Please feel free to HELP!

I just straightened out a PO print problem here. Several PO's had
the first line item stripped, the PO started printing at item 2 and
recalculated the total. The trouble was tied a HP 5P printer.
Changing the driver to HP IIP solved the problem.

Will someone give me an overview of how I can import data from an
Access database into the Packing Slip in Crystal Reports.
Thanks
Chuck
Hello. I am attempting to modify the Vantage sales acknowledgement form in
Crystal (8.5, Vantage 5.20317) to in include our sales terms within the form
so that when we print this form to a pdf document to email it to customers,
the terms are included in the pdf. We have Caesar developments multi-form
utility so we already have a Crystal form created designed specifically to
email so we are able to choose which sales order acknowledgment form we want
to use at the time we print. I have modified that one to include out terms
as a text object as part of the report footer band. I've also tried
inserting the terms as a separate sub report. My problem is that terms are
quite lengthy (about 3 additional ages beyond the normal sales order ack.)
and the page header showing the bill to, ship to, and other misc.
information keep repeating on these terms pages which doesn't look too good.
Can anyone think of a way how to get these inserted into the Crystal form
somehow so the pages that the terms text would appear on could somehow be
kept separate and not have to have the sales acknowledgment page headers on
them when I printed them to a pdf document?
