I am still having some problem with getting this to work right. The
puzzling question is I get this to work correctly within Crystal but
then in vantage it doesn't work correctly. I have created a calulated
field in Crystal that looks at the first 3 characters of the buyer
field. If it is not one of these 3 names then I want blanks to
appear. I print the actual buyer's name on one line and then their
digital signature on one of three group lines. I use a formula to
suppress each of the signatures if it is not = to the calulated printed
buyer. In Crystal it will work correctly, it is blank when it should
be and prints the printed and signature name for the appropriate
buyer. When I am in Vantage, the printed name is correct but it will
print all 3 of the signatures all the time. I am really baffled. Any
help online or offline would be greatly appreciated. TIA
