Downloaded from epicweb the Crystal XI R2 .Net 3.0 Runtime SP5 file and installed it on a windows 10 machine. However if we try to print preview a report we get the error in the below screen shot. I have confirmed that no other versions of the runtime are installed on the client. Any help is appreciated.

There is also an SP6 Crystal Runtime for V8 you could try too.
Also, have you tried previewing the report instead of printing?
Preview sometimes produces a different error.
And I think I got around some issues by setting the Compatibility Mode to XP on my V8 shortcuts.
And in one case I think I ended up removing SP5, installing earlier SP, removing that and reinstalling SP5. Seem to remember something to do with .NET components.
Yes that error is what I get when I try to print preview a report. I don’t see the SP6 version in epicweb?
You used to be able to search for the SP6 Crystal Runtime.
I think it was in an E9 section instead of V8.
And E9 downloads may or may not be available depending on your company.
Well I just figured this out, rebooting the client that I had installed the runtime on enabled it to work! We can now print and print preview reports. Thanks for the help and responses.
