Nora,

If you open up the report, right-click on it, and select Change Subreport
Links' is anything listed under the 'Field(s) to link to:' column? My guess
is that you need to add you need to add 'poheader.PONUM' to the list and
link it to the same field on your subreport.

I really don't know very much about using Crystal, but about two years ago,
someone on the list walked me through adding a subreport to the Crystal PO
form in order to get a custom receiving copy version of the PO to print at
the same time as the regular version of the PO. Our existing buyer at the
time had never attempted to use the mass print function out of PO entry, but
now a new buyer tried using it. I obviously have something wrong regarding
the subreport, because it prints extra subreport copies giving every vendor
a copy with the parts off of the PO's from every other vendor. In other
words, if I was printing three different PO's, I would get nine different
versions of the subreport.

Does someone know of a setting I might have wrong to cause this? We are
still on Vantage 3.0.
