Hello, has anyone else been floored with the constant correlation and sys row id 0000-00000-0000-000-000 since moving to 2026 on both CustomerShipment entry and PO receipt constant back and forth with epicor for nearly two months still not fixed and currently worse then the beginning
If you request the latest hot-fix and a CSF re-install these issues have been resolved.
It’s best practice to schedule these as they cause down-time. Plus you’re currently in EOM (don’t annoy finance.. you’ll regret it)
We are on version ‘12.2.100.9’ and build ‘9-hotfix-e’
