I would like to attach custom button which on click will user to browse and attach the document. This is in ref to MES closing activity , when user close the activity, user can attach the respective document to transaction so that in future if we want to refer for specific transaction, we can view the document.

I am not after solution to be provided here but to start with this kind of customization if there is some guide lines available or some kind of instruction I was looking from experts who might have already done and assist me.
The epicor eco system is incredibly complex and if you have no idea where to even start it is a good indicator that you need some professional help or at least some training.
We can give you steps to take but would just be setting you up to fail.
For example the first thing you need to figure out is where do you want to attach these files? And where do you want to see them later.
Labor records are generally not something one refers to so you’d want to attach them elsewhere possibly the job? You said MES Closing Activity which isn’t something specific in the menu I assume you mean End Activity? If that’s the case that’s a labor record and I would not attach documents to that. There is a fairly vast ocean of where you are and where you are trying to get to which we’d be hard pressed to fill with a forum post.
I recommend you reach out to CSG or one of the partners. That failing, start with education on the Epicor development stack and eco system; there is the Customization Guide, Ice Tools Guide, BPM CookBook and REST Novell for starters all available in EpicWeb and a bunch of posts in this forum. These documents have a huge library of examples and how tos to help.
Then determine where you want to attach and see the documents which records or screens. This will help you decide if you need to do a customization method directive, data directive, function, ubaq or dashboard or a combination of all of those.
Once you have an idea of what you want we can provide more concrete guidance.
