Yes, you need Crystal Reports. Purchase from Epicor, it's not a bad
price.

You need CR to modify most canned forms, reports and labels (a couple
remaining reports in Vantage are still Progress based). You will also
need CR to create BAQ reports and labels in the future. Well worth the
investment and training. It's not "Vantage-specific" therefore you can
use it company-wide, for instance, if you have other databases in-house.
Crystal expertise is very easy to find.
