Custom Packing List for Specific Customer

I know how to do a custom packing list. That is easy. However, they want a specific custom packing list for a specific customer. How would that work with Epicor? Logic would be If Customer X then print Packing List XPack instead of Pack.

you can create a separate report style for the pack slip and use print routing to automate the report style selection.
