Custom Report Printing from Vantage 6.10.539

Troy,

Give me a call or shoot me an email sometime. Its not as hard as you
think. Was on Vantage 6.1 for 3 years and still administer it along
with 8.X.

Greetings Everyone:

Recently our Vantage Administrator left the company and I am now responsible for setting up new computer rollouts for the office staff. One problem I am having is that new installations of Vantage 6.10 cannot print custom reports created in Crystal Reports.

I am wondering if anyone has a "how to" guide on installing and configuring the basic install so that custom reports will work. At the present, I click on a report and nothing happens. Beyond the general install, I also implement ODBC.

I am really at ground zero with knowing how to proceed and any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
