Since yesterday any Invoice we print has duplicates of each line item. Yesterday it was two of each, today it is now 3.
What could be the cause of this?
The standard System Epicor arform does not have this issue, only the custom ones which have been working fine until now.

It sounds like there is a bad join in the report. I would look at that to start.
Nothing had changed as it had been working fine.
All totals are correct it is just displaying the lines multiple times which is weird.
I have just created a new version of the SSRS cloned from a slightly different one rather than keep looking for something in the existing one.
I just don’t understand why it would suddenly start doing this.
You may not have changed anything, but that does not mean that Epicor didn’t. Did you recently upgrade?

We are using Kinetic 10 Cloud, 25.1.11.
Nothing changed but I have a memory of something similar happening back when I was first creating the Invoice SSRS’s, possibly a section is too tight in the rectangle it is in, or something similar.
I don’t know why it started happening on Monday as no changes at my end that I am aware of.
I think we had this issue a while ago and I found some advise that suggested updating the dataset properties as shown in the pic

I have actually now completed a copy of the original that works perfect so I will overwrite the original with it, but I will try this first to see what it does.
