Customer Credit Manager - Incorrect Balances

We are in E9.05.700C and the Customer Credit Manager shows the Order balance greater than the original order amount, and just wondering if there is a glitch on this version? Anybody else having a similar issue? I am including a screenshot.

You can run Conversion 9527 to recalculate Credit Limits and it might fix that issue. According to Epicor support, that is a calculated number and not stored in the DB though. Let me know if it does fix the problem though. Good Luck!

John, thanks. The conversion process 9527 start ran fine and it is still running, but it says “not responding”. How long does it take, usually?

The process finished it, but even though the balances are different than before, they are still higher than the original amount. I will try running the 8527 again at night when there is no major activity in the system

It’s still broken in 10.1.400.x, and Epicor have provided a tool that’s possible to run on a schedule. I run it nightly to keep the credit balances in check, otherwise they wander and do silly things like go negative.
