After installing the CRM license for a SaaS Pilot environment, all customer records went missing!
We logged a ticket with Epicor and they sent a knowledge base article to follow (KB0048404 Unable to Modify a Customer After Installing CRM). We followed the steps, but still the customer records wouldn’t show up in Customer Entry (they would show up in Customer Tracker - very strange).
Solution:
What finally worked: in Sales Territory sheet, ran Adjust All, then ran Post, and the customers became available again
