Customer Shipment Entry - "Shipped Complete" unchecked after selecting "Shipped"

This is the first time I see this, on a pack, when prepared, all is well, every line is showing “Shipped Complete” as completed as well as the quantities, either from inventory or from a job.

However, when we click on “Shipped” to send it to invoicing and close the pack, multiple line are unchecked automatically and are no longer showing “Shipped Complete” as completed. The Sales Order line is therefore not closed. The shipped quantities are still valid however.

Please note that we have items from 2 sales order on this shipping, but this is not the first time we do this and we did not encounter this issue before.

Any idea on what could be the issue here?

Make sure you have quantity >0 on either Job Qty or Inventory Qty.

Do you have multiple lines in the same pack against the same order/line/release?

I think only 1 line in the pack that relates to a specific release can be marked as ‘Shipped Complete’

All good on that end too. 1 line per Order/line/release

I also verified that there is not another shipment open or closed that could have been causing this issue.

Something to check, but you would get a warning box/or red box - are their any holds associated with the order?

No warning message, no hold. It’s just really weird.
