My 2 cents. Those sort fields are being read as ALPHA fields. And that is
the logic sort for alpha. Create a calculated field and convert the field
to NUMERIC. Then sort on the calculated field, I'll bet it comes out as you
expect.

I figured it out but don't like the solution. Due to a sorting problem with
the statements putting 10000 numbers before 9000 the accounting dept. had me
change the sort field for that group to the Invoice date instead of the
Invoice number. I changed it back and wha la it worked. BUT WHY?
Incidently, we are using CR8, thus 8.5 was not the issue.

Sounds similar to the PO line releases not printing after the first one. I
think that was a Crystal issue either releated to v8.5 or differences in
some DLLs between Vantage and the PC running Crystal devlopment. Has it
been modified? Is 8.5 an issue at your site? Does it run OK on the
development PC but not from Vantage? Any of these questions could point to
the same issue as POs had. Just some guesses in case they help.

Has anyone had problems with their customer statements leaving off invoices?
The only common denominator is the fact that there are two on the same date
and it is the second invoice on two dates that is omitted. The totals and
the aging are correct just not showing in line details. We are using the
Crystal Reports version but I can not see anything on the report itself, but
that doesn't mean I am looking in the right place either. Any help would be
appreciated.
