Customization Notification

Question to the customizers out there! :slight_smile:

When you make a customization (Screen, Dashboard, Process), how do you blast it to the proper people?

We want to be able to make sure things get to everyone. I get that email is still a reliable source to get it to the person, but a confirmation of some sort that the user is made aware or has looked at the enhancement.

We’ve thought about taking the users in a security group that the customization applies to and quickly grabbing their emails, but we are hoping we can think of a better way to do so.

Stupid question, I know. Just was curious on how others did this.
