I have a HANDHELD customization to the Report Quantity program, which is
called from the Work Queue, which is buried in the production menu on a
handheld. I have the appropriate Process Calling Maintenance and Sub
Process Maintenance programs set up. The customized program gets called
just fine when I run core Vantage and use the Handheld menu from there.
However, when we actually run on the handheld, the program comes up in base
mode. I've got other customizations on handheld programs which work just
fine.
Has anyone had any similar issues? We're placing a call into Tech Support,
but anticipate the old "that's a custom solutions group problem" answer from
them.
Version is Vantage 8.03.409c. Process Calling Maintance programs are:
Called Process Reference: Epicor.Mfg.UI.ReportQtyEntry
Called From: Epicor.Mfg.UI.HHWorkQueue
