We are in the process of gearing up for go-live and are beginning to get our Cycle Counting setup for full testing.
We have set last counted dates, set up ABC codes, and created periods and a calendar. When I go into Cycle Count Schedule Maintenance to select parts, the quantities to select for each ABC code is 0. This is supposed to fill in how many to select for each month based on the ABC parameters, correct? I have the ability to type in a number of parts to select but would rather this be system generated based on the schedule, ABC codes, etc.
Is it possible we missed a step in setting this up?
