Yes, cycle counts are done by warehouse, so you can even have different frequency counts for each of them.
Out of the box it will not let you run a cycle count for a specific subset of bins within a given warehouse, though (if that is what you were asking).

Yes, you can implement it to count a single warehouse, for the parts that are in that warehouse.
But if you want to count all of your parts in all of your warehouses (or most of them), then you will need to run a cycle count in each warehouse.
You can’t run a cycle count for Warehouse A, using Warehouse A as an aggregate for counting warehouses B-Z, without first doing a DMT to do an inventory transfer from all of those warehouses into your A warehouse.
