We are attempting to implement cycle counting of our inventory items. Would
someone be willing to share what procedures their company uses to make this
work?
What types of things should I look out for?
What time of the day works best for counting during business hours?
While I realize these are somewhat company specific, I am still interesting
in what others have worked with successfully.
