Dashboard Auto Open on Login

Hello All,

I have 2 Dashboards that I created, but they open immediately when I log in. I have other dashboards that do not do this. Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you mean they are embedded on the home screen? Or do they launch as if you clicked them from the menu?

Wonder if you added them to a Favorite and then set AutoLoad Group?

I dont have it set as a favorite and I am also not on classic style.

Just curious if you have already tried “Clear Client Cache” and then logging off/on E10?

Just tried this, didn’t work. I think it has something to do with when you deploy the dashboard.
I have ironically had this issue before and gotten it fixed, but it has been so long I cannot remember where, how, or what I did to fix it.

I have finally found my old support case where I got this resolved.

When I went to deploy the dashboard under Tools > Deploy Dashboard I also checked ‘Add Menu Tab’. So this adds it so it automatically loads in the modern menu.
To remove it go to Home > Settings > Preferences > Tabs. Just highlight and click Delete.
