Dashboard customization affecting other dashboards

I have a customization on two dashboards that limits the ability to use “Open With”. Now, when users in
a particular security group go into other dashboards they are also limited. These other dashboards have no customizations at all. When I remove them from the security group that is triggering the disable logic, then the “Open With” appears again.

Can customizations to the Ice.Lib.Framework.UIApp.EpiHostForm affect other dashboards?

You should always use Dashboard-Assembly… are you using Dashboard-Runtime?
