I created a BAQ. I have deployed it but when i try to enter it onto the main menu as a new menu item i cannot find it. Thought?

For deployed dashboards you need to use a Program Type of Dashboard-Assembly in Menu Maintenance rather than Dashboard-Runtime.
The dashboard should then show in the dropdown list.
Did you close and restart Epicor?
Thank you that worked. Quick question also. I am not sure why i am getting approved and unapproved parts. I thought it was because the part revision that is unapproved was still in inventory. but these are not.

That’s not possible for anyone here to know without seeing what your query is doing. My guess, from the data that you are returning, is that your query has nothing to do with the inventory tables.
