There is a SCR on this and it is reported to be fix in 4??

I create a dashboard, I add a Show Groups. When I make my filters, and I click refresh, my dashboard refresh but all the time my first group is close and the last group is open. If possible when I click on refresh, will have all group close ?

When you are developing the dashboard you need to have it just the way you
want it. Which tabs in focus, groups expanded or contracted, etc. Then
save that layout as default and then save the dashboard.

This should retain this setting the next time you open it.

On a related note, I have a dashboard author who works with multiple monitors over Citrix.

His dashboards seem to inherit some weirdness from his environment. If I maximize the window I can see it. If I "restore down" (so it is not maximized) it disappears, although it is still running.

When you launch it initially it disappears as well until you hunt for it and right-click it from the taskbar and maximize it. This leads to a great deal of user head-scratching.

I've tried resetting layouts, etc. to no avail.

Ideas? Do I have to export it, edit the file by hand, and import it?
