Cloud customer, not yet live, this is the PILOT environment.
When an operator non-conforms a part in MES, they have a document (excel sheet) they fill out on their screen that they want to attach. When they attach it during End Activity, it attaches to the LaborDtl table which is REALLY hard for the ensuing Quality folks to find.
How are any of you doing this?
We are attaching to a local file server, NOT ECM or anything else fun.
I probably can’t reproduce what you did in that post (but I will certainly study it closely). What we CAN do is… from the Data Collection screen, after an operator Ends Activity with a Nonconformance, have them open the NonConformance program from the button right there on their screen and attach the document. Thanks!
