Good day everyone,
I would like to seek your assistance in formulating a standard directive to automate the process of sending an email to specific users. This automation should be triggered when a particular field in the order header—whether for a new or existing order number—has a designated checkbox (UD) flagged as "true.
Would really appreciate your Inputs.
Below is what I currently have, Syntas is okay, but is not working as email is not being received.
Put your incoming arrow to the condition into the top, I’ve seen this before where putting it into the right or left side it treats it like a True/False outcome.
The other thing I would do is break the link you your email and have it pop up a message, any message will do, that will tell you that it is evaluating properly or not. Once you confirm that then you can remove the message and relink your email. If the email still fails to send then you would need to look at your email settings in Epicor.
HI Chad, It is enabled and have tried sending a test email and it worked. Is there anything that I need to change? My Apologies was new to the environment.
Then you should also be able to check the Email Log to see if Epicor attempted to send the email or not. If you get an error sending, it would be logged there as well.
Should help you figure out if your problem is in the Data Directive or in the Email itself. If there is nothing in the log, then you still have a BPM problem.
