Truncate the BI in Progress 91D
Make a backup
Restore through OpenEdge10
Startup the DB only in OE10
Open the Vantage 8 Admin tools
Run Conversions
Wait paitiently for a long time while it converts
Input new License Codes
Then check your system and your data to see what converted properly or
didn't convert properly
