Days of supply Blank Title 70807

Hi,
Epicor has a document on this if you ask. It is not in the help or the MRP Tech guides or elsewhere. From my understanding, this has not changed since Vantage 8.
This is what I have for dates on the Part Plant Detail and Plant Planning Tabs of Part Maint.

Receive Time                        related Production Calendar checked working days
Lead Time                            related Production Calendar checked working days
Reschedule In Time Delta            regular Straight Calendar Days, 24x7
Reschedule Out Time Delta            regular Straight Calendar Days, 24x7
Planning Time Fence                    related Production Calendar checked working days 
Days Of Supply                        regular Straight Calendar Days, 24x7
Production Prep Buffer                regular Straight Calendar Days, 24x7

simple question: on part set up - does days of supply use b-days or
calender days?

Business days as defined by the appropriate calendar.

What determines the "appropriate calendar"?  The Planning Calendar on the Plant Maintenance screen?

Days Of Supply are regular Straight Calendar Days, 24x7

We are on Epicor 9.05.700C, if that makes a difference. Is there somewhere in the documentation where this is explicitly stated?
