Is there a way to deactivate or disable a BOM (in Epicor 9) without actually deleting it?  I'm asking this for our production unit.  They have some BOMs that keep appearing in Where Used reports, and these BOMs aren't actually used.  But they want to keep them in the database for various reasons, just not them have appear in Where Used reports.  Is "disabling" a BOM like this even a wise thing to do?  Thanks, Dan

How about adding the PartRev table to the RDD and then suppress records in Crystal Reports when PartRev.Approve = False.

Unapproving the revision stops the methods use in nearly everything I have found.

I am looking into modifying the Where Used in Part Maintenance / Tracker to show only approved Revisions.

I haven’t done it yet but, it is irritating to the users.
