Hello,

We have an issue with this setting getting cleared on some users. Where exactly does this setting live? We believe that the folder is not being included in the users roaming profile. Thanks in advance. We are on 10.2.600.11.

If you want the entire UI for a user to be in Classic, then add /Classic to the target in the shortcut.

You can just turn off Kinetic? If you don’t want anyone to use it.

Thanks to both. We have to tighten up some security around the Kinetic and active home page before releasing that into the wild. We also don’t want to force the users to only use classic, and still give them access to the modern shell.

The problem is some users have to keep resetting this item. It seems tied to cache location locally. I just have not been able to find it. I looked in both C:\ProgramData and in the C:\Users<username>\Local.
