Deposits not showing in Bank Reconciliation

Up until Feb. 15 all of our deposits were showing up in Bank
Reconciliation. Now they don't. We did not make any changes to the
database (patches, company config). I have had an open call with
Epicor since March 3rd. This is becoming quite frustrating for us.
Tech support has not been able to recreate the issue. Has anyone out
there had this bank reconcilitation problem in the past? My Director of
Accounting is fit to be tied because she has to make manual transaction
entries. The deposits show up on the GL, but not the bank recon.

Any help would be great!
