Did any cloud customers get the .10 update last night?

I received many (many) notifications of the scheduled pilot update to .10 last night, including 3 separate notifications that the update had been completed, yet our environments are all still on .7. Anybody actually get updated last night? Is it just us?

Yes I opened a ticket. Yes I escalated it. Yes I reached out to my CAM. Nothing but crickets.

We received the update last night but our desktop clients did not auto update. In order to force it required deleting the folders inside the C:\ProgramData\Epicor location

We got the .10 upgrade too and our smart clients also updated without any problems. :man_shrugging:

we did

24.2.10 here as well but wondering if they had issues? We received the all clear message around 7am ET but our clients would not update. Noticed the status page reverted back to In-Progress shortly after, then another all clear around 11am ET and our clients updated.

Didn’t instill a lot of confidence for this weekend :sweat_smile:
