Did Epicor Remove the Escalate Button on EpiCare?

So, getting some really bad assistance with an open case and I went to go click the escalate button, but there was not one. Did they remove it?

I’m usually not that quick to click the escalate, but when the case was our Cloud is marked as MultiTenant and the person responds that it does not affect anything, I know I’m dealing with a resource who does not know the product.
